Problems started right after connection: 75% of websites were not working (including their portal even) - just timing out with lost packets in tracer after 3rd hop. With VPN everything worked - e.g. the issue was a misconfiguration on their side. Technical support sounded professional at first, but failed to even log the issue. Internet speed is very slow. Sometimes and does not even work. Sometimes have to wait for minutes for the webpage to work. My daughter has lost grades in timed quizzes as the internet does not even work in her room. having online exams and studies so she stayed home and study but the internet service is very slow. hardly recommend this company.
