Frustrating One-Way Communication

I requested a new connection, but instead of coordinating with me, they set their own installation date for the very next morning. When I reached out, asking them to call me back due to timing issues, my request was completely ignored. They went ahead with the disconnection, leaving me without internet and disrupting my work. No coordination or flexibility; they make decisions without consulting the customer. Disconnected the previous connection without ensuring a smooth transition. No time given to set up the router, impacting work and daily activities.

Great tech / nerd focused ISP. Be warned, this is not the ISP for non technical users, but if you understand what you are in for the features are amazing.

If you want an internet provider that gives great service and customer support ,avoid this company at all costs.Sent a faulty modem that couldnt be configured with a dodgy dc input plug,then when attempting to resolve very little if any support.An absolute joke.Worst part is i cant charge them for wasting my time waiting for any response .Since gone to inspirenet,a breath of fresh air ,modem is plug and play and you get to talk to a real person

Best customer service I've ever had with a utility provider. The plans are unlimited so you won't be throttled at a certain point when downloading games etc like other providers. I've found them incredibly easy and positive to deal with, especially knowing my area very well and being local themselves
